1. THIS NOTICE concerns you if you are an employee or former employee of:

(a) Alcad Limited (formerly known as Marathon Alcad Limited and Hackremco (No.94) Limited);

(b) AEG Power Solutions Ltd (formerly known as Saft Power Systems Limited, Saft Limited, Saft Nife Limited, Saft (UK) Limited and Saft (United Kingdom) Limited);

(c) Alcatel-Lucent Telecom Limited (formerly known as Alcatel Telecom Limited, Alcatel Business Systems Limited and Motivetrend Limited);

(d) Alcatel-Lucent UK Limited (formerly known as Alcatel UK Limited, Alcatel Limited, Alcatel Submarine Systems U.K. Limited and Submitrevise Projects Limited) or widow/widower, ex-spouse who has rights to benefits deriving from pension sharing orders or a dependent of such employee or former employee.

2. The Alcad Pension Plan will shortly be wound-up. This means that the Trustee of the Plan needs to establish exactly who the beneficiaries of the Plan are and their entitlements to benefits, so that the Trustee can arrange for the assets of the Plan to be used to provide pensions and benefits due to the beneficiaries.

3. The Trustee has already written to all of the members and beneficiaries of the Plan for whom it has records. If you have not already received a letter from the Trustee and you have, or think you may have, a right to benefits under the Plan, you should write to:

within 2 months from date of issue of this Notice, after which date the Trustee will proceed to apply all the remaining assets of the Plan in securing the liabilities attributable to the persons so entitled.
