NOTICE is hereby given that on 23 May 2014 an application was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Millenium Platter now trading as Indian Cottage, having a place of business at 120 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow G11 6NY and Daesham Kaur (otherwise Darshan Kaur), as a partner in the firm of Millenium Platter, now trading as Indian Cottage, and as an individual, having a place of business at 120 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow G11 6NY to recall the award of sequestration awarded by the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow on 17 February 2014; in which application the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 27 May 2014 inter alia appointed a notice of the presentation of the application be made in the Edinburgh Gazette and appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge answers with the sheriff clerk at The Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA, if so advised, within 14 days of such intimation, service and advertisement; all of which Notice is hereby given.
