Pursuant to Rules 4.102 and 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I, Jason Allan Groocock, hereby give notice that I was appointed as Liquidator of the above-named company on 26 June 2014 by an Order of the Court.

It is not my intention to summon a meeting of creditors for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee; however, under the provisions of Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a meeting will be summoned if a request is made by one tenth in value of the company’s creditors
