Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the members and creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Lawson Fox Business Recovery Ltd, 3 The Studios, 320 Chorley Old Road, Bolton BL1 4JU on 27 November 2014 at 11.00am and 11.15am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding up of the Company has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and that the Liquidator be granted his release.
