Notice to the Creditors of an Insolvent Company of the re-use of a prohibited name. I, Shoukat Farid of 61 Apsley Way, Longthorpe, Peterborough PE3 9NZ was a Director of East Anglia Dairy Limited during the 12 months ending with the day before 15 September 2014 when it went into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation. I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in Section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the name East Anglia Dairies Limited.
