Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 August 2014 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of Judicature on 16 September 2014, as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Peter James Clevely and Heather Katherine Clevely, who are children single and British Citizens under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Peter James Hodgson and Heather Katherine Hodgson and assumed the name of Peter James Clevely and Heather Katherine Clevely.
