Notice pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme is being wound up. The Trustees wish to trace any persons who believe they should have benefits under the Scheme and who have not already been contacted by the Trustees. The Trustees require that any persons having any claims or demands upon or against the assets of the Scheme, or entitled to benefits from or an interest in the Scheme, provide particulars of their claim or entitlement no later than 30 December 2014 by writing to the Trustees of the Abingworth VIP Scheme, c/o David Bird at Abingworth LLP, 38 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6DN. You should include your full name, current address, date of birth, details of which company(s) you, or the relevant member, worked for whilst a member of the Scheme and any other written evidence to support your claim.

If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Scheme by 30 December 2014 the Trustees will proceed to complete the winding up of the Scheme having regard only to those people whose claims and entitlements they are aware of, and will not be liable to pay benefits to you.

If you have recently received correspondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustees you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have your details.
