Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 36 of the Partnership Act 1890, that on 28 July 2014 Michael Groeber transferred his entire interest in MPE Discretionary Management Partnership to the existing partners in the Partnership pro rata to their commitments to the Partnership. Consequently, Michael Groeber has ceased to be a partner of the Partnership.
