A building certified for worship named Hope Church, Pryce Jones Building, Second Floor, Royal Welsh Warehouse, Old Kerry Road, Newtown, in the registration district of Powys in the Non-Metropolitan County of Powys, was on 16 October 2014 registered for solemnising marriages therein, pursuant to section 41 of the Marriage Act 1949 (as amended by Section 1(1) of the Marriage Acts Amendment Act 1958). In lieu of Hope Community Church, Dolfor Road, Newtown now disused and the registration cancelled thereof.
