Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 12 (4) (b) of the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, hereby makes the following Orders:-

1. This Order shall revoke the Air Quality Management Areas for Nitrogen Dioxide known as:

i. Church Street (Dungannon) Air Quality Management Area and

ii. Stewartstown Road (Coalisland) Air Quality Management Area.

2. The Order shall come into force on the 10th November 2014.

The Common Seal of Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council was hereto affixed on 10th November 2014.
