Special Resolution

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary Resolution

2. That Annette Reeve be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 16 December 2014 the appointment of Annette Reeve and Nicholas Nicholson as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
