Notice is hereby given that on 11th February 2015 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Robina Higgins, House 9, 4 Cathcart Road, Rutherglen, Glasgow, G73 2QZ for recall of sequestration of the said Robina Higgins, in which Petition for recall of sequestration the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin, by Interlocutor dated 16th February 2015 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge answers within 14 days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
