THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (North West) (No.14) Order 2015” authorising the stopping up of a western part-width of Carina Park comprising carriageway, footway and a western part of the roundabout between Carina Park and Webster Court, at Westbrook in the Borough of Warrington. This is to enable development as permitted by Warrington Borough Council under references 2013/22322 and 2014/24762.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/1699) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Warrington Borough Council, Newton House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington WA1 2NH.

ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 12 March 2015 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
