Craigavon Borough Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 12 (4) (b) of the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, hereby makes the following Orders:—

1. This Order shall revoke the Air Quality Management Areas for Nitrogen Dioxide known as

(i) Bridge Street (Portadown) Air Quality Management Area and

(ii) Flush Place (Lurgan) Air Quality Management Area.

2. The Order shall come into force on the 18th March 2015.

The Common Seal of Craigavon Borough Council was hereto affixed on 18th March 2015.
