Zavarco Plc announces that the proposed General Meeting, convened for Thursday 16th April 2015 at Danesfield House Hotel, Henley Road, Marlow on Thames, Buckinghamshire SL7 2EY, United Kingdom at 10.30 am, is postponed until 19th May 2015 at 10.30 am at the same venue.  The Board has taken this decision because of legal issues concerning the notice dated 16th March 2015 which are the subject of legal proceedings in the High Court of Justice in Malaysia and the High Court of Justice in London.
