A Petition to wind up the above-named Company Medway Peninsula Partnership CIC (registered number 08611731) whose registered office is at Peninsula Club, Bells Lane, Hoo, Rochester, Kent ME3 9JD, presented on 30 April 2015 by BAE SYSTEMS (OPERATIONS) LIMITED, of Warwick House, PO Box 87, Farnborough Aerospace Centre, Farnborough, Hants GU14 6YU, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Monday 22 June 2015, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
