Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 4.106A that I, Steven John Parker, of Opus Restructuring LLP, One Euston Square, 40 Melton Street, London, NW1 2FD and Nedim Ailyan, both of Abbott Fielding, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ, (IP Nos: 8989 and 9072) were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 24 June 2015. It is my intention to convene a meeting of creditors and investors when I am in a position to provide more information. However, creditors or members of the Company with at least 10% of the total debts of the Company may within 5 business days request that the Joint Liquidators summon a meeting, provisions of R4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 apply.

Creditors of the Company who have not already proved their debts, are invited to do so by sending details of their claims to me at Opus Restructuring LLP, One Euston Square, 40 Melton Street, London, NW1 2FD by 27 July 2015.
