Salmon and migratory trout net fishing licence duties
Pursuant to section 25 of and Schedule 2 to the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975, as amended, the Environment Agency gives notice of its intention to fix salmon and migratory trout net fishing licence duties for the period, 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016. The new duties will have effect in the relevant area as set out in the table below.

Any person who wishes to object to the proposed duties must send a statement of their objection in writing to Migratory & Freshwater Fisheries (Net Duties), Area 2c, Defra, Nobel House, 17 Smith Square, London, SW1P 3JR or Freshwater.fish@defra.gsi.gov.uk to be received no later than 30th September 2015 and must send a copy of the statement of objection to The Fisheries Officer (Net Duties), Environment Agency, Horizon House, Deanery Road, Bristol BS1 5AH.
