Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.35(4A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Joint Administrators have summoned a meeting of creditors of the Company for the purpose of forming a creditors committee under Paragraph 62 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
