Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 85 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the following resolutions were passed by the members of the above-named Company on 5 October 2015:

Special Resolution

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary Resolution

2. That David Baxendale and Zelf Hussain of PwC LLP, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purpose of its voluntary winding up.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 5 October 2015 the appointment of David Baxendale and Zelf Hussain as joint liquidators was confirmed.

David Robert Baxendale (IP number 10972) and Zelf Hussain (IP number 9435) both of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 7 More London Riverside, London SE1 2RT were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 5 October 2015.
