On 17th April 2013, PAN Trustees Ltd of registered office, 3 Castlefield Court, Church Street, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0AH was appointed as Independent Trustee to the Scheme. The Trustee is responsible for managing the distribution of the Scheme’s assets and is keen to trace former employees of the employers listed above who believe that they may have an interest or entitlement under the Scheme.

PAN Trustees Ltd has corresponded by post with all known members of the Scheme. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, including any person who may have been employed by any of the above companies on a part time basis and who considers that his or her exclusion from the Scheme may have constituted indirect discrimination, who has not received correspondence from us should make themselves known to the Trustee of the Scheme.

Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing using the contact details below on or before 31st December 2015, after which date PAN Trustees Ltd will proceed to distribute the Scheme’s assets having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.

Any persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme, or who have received correspondence relating to this Scheme from PAN Trustees Ltd need not respond to this notice.
