NOTICE OF PROPOSED PUBLIC PATH ORDER

COUNTRYSIDE (SCOTLAND) ACT 1967

HORNDOYNE FARM PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2015

Notice is hereby given that the above Order is about to be made and submitted to the Scottish Ministers for confirmation except in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 (1A) of Schedule 3 of the above Act if no representations or objections are duly made to Aberdeenshire Council or, if any so made are withdrawn, the Order shall on being made take effect without it having to be submitted to the Scottish Ministers and without their confirmation.

The effect of the Order as proposed will be to divert the Public Right of Way that runs between the U232 public road and the U238 public road so that it bypasses the farm buildings at Horndoyne. A draft of the Order and of the map referred to therein together with a statement of reasons for making of the Order may be examined during office hours at Gordon House, Blackhall Road, Inverurie, AB51 5NL (contact Linda Mathieson 01467 628380), and online at any Aberdeenshire Library via https://www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/roads-and-travel/roads/traffic-management/traffic-measures/.

Compensation for deprecation or damage in consequence of the coming into operation of the Order is payable in accordance with Section 37 and 70 of the above Act.

Any person wishing to object should send details of the grounds for objection to the undersigned or via the above website by 30th November 2015. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
