Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 61 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 (the Act) that the registration of Orchard Training Services Limited (the Society) has this day been cancelled following its conversion into a company. The Society shall absolutely cease to be entitled to any of the privileges of the Act, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such a cancellation had not taken place.
