Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any Uncles, Aunties or Cousins of the above named deceased and in particular those named below or their descendants:

Ronald May, Sylvie Roberts (nee May), Doris Rogers (nee May), Gladys Hill (nee May), Miriam Hughes (nee May), Raymond May and Doris May;

or any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased late of Gibraltar Care Village, Beech Road, Monmouth NP25 3ER (but formerly of Newport), who died on 6 October 2013 Intestate, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 28 February 2015 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have been notified.
