Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Joint Liquidators of London Scottish Insurance Services Limited intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors. Creditors who have not yet proved their debts are required, on or before 28 January 2016, to send to the undersigned Simon Allport of Ernst & Young LLP, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester, M2 3EY, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare the dividend within two months of 28 January 2016.
