NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Meeting of the Members of ALG HVAC Limited will be held at 10.00 am on 18 February 2016. The meeting will be held at Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ.

The meetings are called pursuant to Section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of enabling the Joint Liquidators to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that may be considered necessary. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their stead. A proxy holder need not be a member.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
