Notice is hereby given that following an Article 84 meeting of the creditors held on 31 December 2015 that we, Alison Burnside and Liz McKeown, were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors. Creditors of the above-named company are required on or before 29 February 2016 to send their full names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of the Solicitors, if any, to the undersigned Alison BurnsidePKF-FPM Accountants Ltd, 1-3 Arthur Street, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT1 4GA, the Joint Liquidator of the Company and, if so come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
