Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that: (1) Mr. Shaher Mohammed Ali Awartani has transferred his entire interest in Ares Europe III (D), L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL19868 (the “Partnership”) to Al Bahia Investments Limited; and (2) H.E. Yousif Mana Saeed Ahmed Alotaiba has transferred his entire interest in the Partnership to Yao Limited. Consequently, Mr. Shaher Mohammed Ali Awartani and H.E. Yousif Mana Saeed Ahmed Alotaiba have ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership and Al Bahia Investments Limited and Yao Limited have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
