Notice to Creditors and Beneficiaries under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

The Trustees of the JMC Pension Fund intend to wind up the Pension Fund.

If you believe you were a member of the JMC Pension Fund, or you otherwise have a claim against the Pension Fund, and you have not received notice about your benefits or claim, then you should contact Karen MacKenzie by 31 March 2016 at:

Please provide your name, contact details and supporting information about your claim.

After this date, the Trustees will proceed to wind-up the Pension Fund and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries. The Trustees will only have regard to claims which have been notified to the Trustees by the deadline.

Any person who has already been contacted by the Pension Fund at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not contact the Pension Fund now.
