The Queen having been pleased to approve that Alexander P McCulloch DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of The Stewartry of Kirkcudbright to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 5 January 2016 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
