NOTICE is hereby given that on 16 February 2016 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Breedon Aggregates Scotland Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having a place of business at Ethiebeaton Quarry, Kingennie, Monifieth, Angus DD5 3RB craving the Court, Inter alia, that K & K Civil Engineering Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at Unit 1, Blairtummock Road, Glasgow G33 4ED (Company Registration number. SC445456) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and in which petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 23 February 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; All of which Notice is hereby given.
