Highways England gives notice that it has been determined that the Thursley Closed Circuit Television – Installation and Spares proposal is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A (1) of the Highways Act 1980 and is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 2011/92/EU as amended.

The environmental assessment demonstrates that the proposal by virtue of its characteristics, location and potential environmental impacts, is not predicted to cause any significant environmental effects.
