WHEREAS JOHN DICKIE HOMES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC065994 was dissolved on 5 December 2014; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS it is understood that immediately before its dissolution the said John Dickie Homes Limited was heritably vest in a strip of ground three feet or thereby in width at Picketlaw Farm Road, Clarkston, Glasgow forming part and portion of ALL and WHOLE the subjects on the south east side of Busby Road, Carmunnock, Glasgow registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number LAN39519, which said strip of ground lies immediately to the north east of the subjects known as Whitegables, Picketlaw Farm Road, Clarkston, Glasgow registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number LAN202973; AND WHEREAS the apparent vesting of the said strip of ground in the Crown arising from the dissolution of the said John Dickie Homes Limited came to my notice on 8 July 2015: Now THEREFORE I, CATHERINE PATRICIA DYER, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
