Notice is given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the CEMEX UK Basic Pension Fund (formerly the RMC Basic Pension Fund) is being wound up in accordance with its governing provisions.

A notice has been sent by the Trustees to all scheme members in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2013.

If you have not received any such notice, and believe that you have any entitlement to benefits from the scheme, please contact the Trustees at CEMEX House, Coldharbour Lane, Thorpe, Egham, Surrey TW20 8TD within two months from the date of this notice.

This does not affect the CEMEX UK Pension Fund (formerly the RMC Pension Fund) or the CEMEX UK Executives’ Pension Fund (formerly the RMC Executives’ Pension Fund).
