FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2009 (“THE ACT”)
LOCAL FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN – FORTH ESTUARY
Notice is hereby given in terms of paragraph 5 of section 36 to the Act that the Local Flood Risk Management Plan for the Forth Estuary (“the Plan”) has been finalised.
A copy of the Plan may be inspected without payment of fee at The City of Edinburgh Council, Waverley Court, Main Reception at 4 East Market Street, Edinburgh EH8 8BG during the hours 09:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:30 to 15:30 Friday for a period of 12 weeks from the first publication of this notice. A copy of the Plan may also be inspected online at: http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/flooding
A copy of the Plan may also be inspected without payment of fee during normal office and library hours at the following locations:
