Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Station House, Midland Drive, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B72 1TU on 22 July 2016 at 10.30 am. The meeting is an initial creditors’ meeting, convened under Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, to consider my proposals for the purpose of considering the Administrator’s proposals, approving the Administrator’s pre-Administration costs and to consider establishing a creditors’ committee.

Creditors can attend the meetings in person and vote, and are entitled to vote under Rule 2.38 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, if they have submitted a statement of claim by no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting, and the claim has been accepted in whole or in part. If a creditor cannot attend in person, or does not wish to attend, but still wishes to vote at the meeting, they can either nominate a person to attend on their behalf, or they may nominate the chairman of the meeting, who will be the Administrator, or a member of their staff, to vote on their behalf. Proxies and statements of claim must be lodged with me by no later than the commencement of the meeting.
