1 “That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2 “That Rachel Fowler of CavanaghKelly, Chartered Accountants & Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 36–38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6AP be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
