Notice is hereby given that on 27th July 2016 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Supervisor of the Company Voluntary Agreement between Rapid Response Property Maintenance Ltd and their Creditors craving the Court inter alia to order that Rapid Response Property Maintenance Ltd. (SC396647) having their Registered Office at 82 Orr Street, Glasgow, G40 2QF be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Linda Barr, Insolvency Practitioner of French Duncan LLP, Aviat House, 4 Bell Drive, Hamilton Technology Park, Blantyre, G72 0FB be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition Sheriff Reid by Interlocutor dated 28th July 2016 appointed the said Linda Barr, Provisional Liquidator with the Powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
