The court order further provided that

1. In the cases where the removed office holders are being replaced in the office of Administrator, the appointed office holders replacing them in each case shall additionally replace them as the nominated liquidators where and to the extent that the removed office holders are referred to as the nominated liquidators for any future liquidation in the Administrators’ proposals which have been approved by the creditors.

2. The removal and appointments granted by this Order shall not disturb the existing reporting cycle for each of the respective insolvency appointments set out above and the current time limit for reporting to creditors on each of the insolvency appointments shall continue irrespective of the removal and appointments made by this Order.

3. The provisions contained in Insolvency Rules 2.47(3A), 4.49 (b) (5) and 4.49C-CVL(3) and of the Insolvency Rules 1986 or any other such reporting requirements shall not apply and the removed office holders are not required to produce any progress reports on ceasing to act as officeholder of the insolvency appointments listed in the Schedules.

4. The removed office holders be granted their release as office holders of the cases 21 days after the publication in the London Gazette referred to below.

5. The appointed office holders be entitled to publish in the London Gazette one composite notice relating to all new appointments which are required by law to be published in the Gazette within 14 days of receipt of the sealed Order and shall file any appropriate notices in respect of the removal of the removed office holders, the appointment of replacement office holders, and those appointments with the Registrar of Companies and the Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills (Insolvency Services) as appropriate.

6. Notice of this Order shall be given to the creditors in each case in the next statutory report for each insolvency administration listed in the Schedules.

7. The cost of placing this notice in the London Gazette (but not the costs of the Application) be aggregated and be drawn as a proper expense of each of the cases listed above which shall bear an equal proportion of such costs and disbursements where sufficient funds are available, save that an expense borne by a Company Voluntary Arrangement that would cause it to fail as a result of a breach of its terms shall not be subject to such apportionment.

8. If in any of the cases listed above there are insufficient funds to bear that case’s ostensible share of the cost of placing the Notice in the London Gazette, the appointed office holders may apportion that case’s share of the cost among the other cases listed above at their discretion.

9. Liberty for the creditors of each of the companies and the bankruptcy estates to apply to vary or discharge the Order within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice.

10. The costs of the Application be an expense of the insolvency proceedings set out cases above and be apportioned rateably, provided that the costs payable pursuant to the Application in relation to any of the insolvency proceedings set out above shall not exceed 10% of the value of the perceived assets in that particular insolvency proceeding;

11. Service of Notice of the Application be dispensed with.
