Notice is hereby given that on 5 August 2016 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Promontoria (Henrico) Limited, 1 Grant’s Row, Mount Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland seeking inter alia the making of an administration order in respect of Landmark Northern Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC237433) with its registered office at Bain Henry Reid, 51-53 High Street, Turriff, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, AB53 4EJ and to appoint Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Insolvency Practitioner, of FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD and Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioner, of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B, Johnston House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD to be the Joint Administrators of Landmark Northern Limited, in which Petition the Court of Session by interlocutor dated 10 August 2016 appointed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, in the hands of the Clerk of Court at the Court of Session, Parliament House, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ if so advised, within 21 days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
