BANNERS BROKER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)

1. Notice is hereby given that Mr Paul Robert Appleton and Mr Miles Andrew Benham the Joint Liquidators (”the Joint Liquidators”) of Banners Broker International Limited (in Liquidation) (”BBIL”) by Application dated 19 July 2016 (”the Application”) are seeking an order of the Isle of Man Courts in the following terms: 1.1 The Staying of the Liquidation of BBIL in the Isle of Man. 1.2 The release of the Joint Liquidators. 1.3 The consent of the Court for the Joint Liquidators to sign and enter into the document entitled the Transition Services and Assignment Agreement (”the Assignment Agreement”) which assigns, transfers and conveys to msi Spergle inc. (”msi Spergle inc.”) who are stated to be the Canadian Court appointed Receivers of BBIL on an “as is where is” basis all of the Joint Liquidators’ right, title and interest in and to the BBIL estate. 2. Anyone with sufficient interest in the liquidation of BBIL who wishes to obtain a copy of the Application and documents filed in support can do so by making a request in writing or by email quoting the reference CHP 14/0024 Liquidation of Banners Broker International Limited to: Christopher Webb, MannBenham Advocates Limited, 49 Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.
