Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a Map y Gorchymyn am ddim yn Neuadd y Sir, Glanfa’r Iwerydd, Caerdydd rhwng 9.30am a 4.00pm Dydd Llun i Ddydd Gwener. Gellir prynu copïau o’r Gorchymyn a’r Map yno am £2.00.

Gellir anfon unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiad i’r Gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig i Gyfreithiwr y Sir, Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, Neuadd y Sir, Glanfa’r Iwerydd, Caerdydd CF10 4UW (gan ddyfynnu cyfeirnod OG/82434 erbyn 17 Hydref 2016. Nodwch ar ba sail y’u gwneir.

Os na ddaw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiad i law, neu os cânt eu tynnu’n ôl, gall Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn fel Gorchymyn di-wrthwynebiad. THE DEFINITIVE MAP & STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR THE FORMER COUNTY OF GLAMORGAN

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY & COUNTY OF CARDIFF DEFINITIVE MAP (HEOL BRIWNANT/ HEOL UCHAF) MODIFICATION ORDER 2016

The above Order made on 18th August 2016, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath that commences on the adopted highway from point A, Heol Uchaf adjacent to property No. 21 and proceeds in a due north direction. A total distance of 63 metres to Heol Briwnant and as shown on the Order Map.

A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of £2.00.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the County Solicitor, of the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4UW (quoting reference OG/82434) not later than 17th October 2016. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Planning Inspectorate on behalf of the Welsh Ministers for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
