Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

(a) Alastair Breward has transferred part of its interest in Amadeus RSEF General Partner LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL014782 (the “Partnership”) to each of (i) Carl Dickinson and (ii) Amadeus Capital Partners Limited;

(b) Calderstone LLC has transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to each of (i) John Mackie and (ii) Elaine Shields Mackie;

(c) RBC Trustees (CI) Limited as trustees of the Three Oceans Trust has transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to each of (i) John Mackie, (ii) Elaine Shields Mackie, (iii) Stephanie Helen Mackie, (iv) Christina Louise Mackie and (v) Amelia Armour;

(d) Alex van Someren has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to Amelia Armour; and

(e) Maureen O’Donnell has transferred part of her interest in the Partnership to Amadeus Capital Partners Limited.

(f) Amadeus Capital Partners Limited has transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to each of (i) Elizabeth Appleton and (ii) Scott Brown.

(g) Tower Pension Trustees Limited as trustees of the SJP SIPP – R P Anton has transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to each of (i) Richard Anton and (ii) Amadeus Capital Partners Limited.

(h) Richard Anton has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to Amadeus Capital Partners Limited.

Carl Dickinson, John Mackie, Elaine Shields Mackie, Stephanie Helen Mackie, Christina Louise Mackie, Elizabeth Appleton and Scott Brown have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.

Subsequent to these transfers:

(a) John Mackie has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to Amadeus Capital Partners Limited;

(b) Elaine Shields Mackie has transferred part of her interest in the Partnership to Amadeus Capital Partners Limited;

(c) Stephanie Helen Mackie has transferred part of her interest in the Partnership to Amadeus Capital Partners Limited; and

(d) Christina Louise Mackie has transferred part of her interest in the Partnership to Amadeus Capital Partners Limited.
