Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 August 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 26 September 2016, as a person having parental responsibilitiy on behalf of Kayla Maria Lautier who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Kayla Maria Farrell and assumed the name of Kayla Maria Lautier .
