Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that I, Peter Maurice Levy, the Liquidator of the above named company, intend declaring a First and Final Dividend for Client Creditors from the pooled funds within two months of the last date of proving which is 3 November 2016.

Only Bournes Limited Client Creditors who have not already proved their debts are required, on or before 3 November 2016, to submit their proof of debt to me at 3 Beasley’s Yard, 126a High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1JT and to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary in order to enable me to justify their claims.

I am not obliged to deal with any documents or proof received after the above date.

I advise that I shall utilise figures that are available to me as at 3 November 2016 in order to agree Client Claims for the first and final distribution in this matter, where Client Creditors either fail to respond or provide inadequate evidence for their claims.
