Notice is hereby given that in a petition no SQ73/16 by James Simpson, Balgornie Farm, Whitburn, EH48 3BA for recall of his sequestration granted at Livingston Sheriff Court on 30th September 2016, on the application of Bryson Tractors Limited, Block One, Caldwellside Industrial Estate, Lanark, ML11 7SR, the Sheriff at Livingston by warrant granted on 14th October 2016, appointed notice of the import of this petition and interlocutor to be advertised in the Edinburgh Gazette, appointing any persons interested if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within fourteen days after such advertisement, and assigned as a diet 11th November 2016 at 10am within the Sheriff Court House, Civic Centre, Livingston.
