Notice is hereby given that on 28 October 2016 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Clipper Holding II S.A.R.L, a société à responsabilité limitée incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with registered number B200590, having its registered office at 11 Boulevard De La Foire, L-1528, Luxembourg seeking inter alia the making of an administration order in respect of Challenger Inns Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC260344) with its registered office at 24 Blythswood Square, Glasgow, G2 4BG and to appoint John Bruce Cartwright, Insolvency Practitioner, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Atria One, 144 Morrison Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EX; Lynn Leon Vardy of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL; and Toby Scott Underwood, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL, to be the Joint Administrators of Challenger Inns Limited, in which Petition the Court of Session by interlocutor dated 1 November 2016 appointed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, in the hands of the Clerk of Court at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ, if so advised, within a reduced period of notice of 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
