THE BROMLEY (FREE PARKING PLACE) (DISABLED PERSONS) ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT NO. 54) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2016.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 2nd November 2016 made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 9, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will come into operation on 21st November 2016.
The effect of the Orders would be to:–
(a) introduce waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
(b) introduce Pay by Mobile parking places as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
(c) introduce Pay and Display parking places as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
(d) introduce free parking places as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
(e) introduce Disabled parking bays as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The scheme will be reviewed after being in operation for six months and if successful may be made permanent under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Any person wishing to object to the indefinite continuation of the Orders, may, within a period of six months from the day on which the experimental Orders came into force, send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Executive Director of Environment and Community Services, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)RP/T100/641.
SCHEDULE:–
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:–
KELSEY WAY, Beckenham, (a) the north side, from the western kerbline of Manor Way westwards for a distance of 15m; (b) the south side, from the western kerbline of Manor Way westwards for a distance of 10m.
MANOR WAY, Beckenham, (a) the west side, (i) from a point 6m south of the common boundary of Nos. 60 & 62 southwards to a point 5m south of the common boundary of Nos. 64 & 66; (ii) from the northern kerbline of Stone Park Avenue northwards to the common boundary of Nos. 96 & 98; (b) the east side, (i) from the northern kerbline of Stone Park Avenue northwards to the common boundary of Nos. 67 & 69; (ii) from a point 5m south of the common boundary of Nos. 39 & 41 southwards to a point 4m north of the common boundary of Nos. 43 & 47.
STONE PARK AVENUE, Beckenham, the north side, from a point 15m west of the western kerbline of Manor Way eastwards to a point 34m east of the eastern kerbline of Manor Way.
No Waiting between 11am and 12noon on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
LITTLE ACRE, Beckenham, both sides, from the western kerbline of Manor Way westwards to its extremity.
MANOR WAY, Beckenham, the west side, (i) from a point 14m south west of its junction with Court Downs Road and Kelsey Park Road southwards to a point 20m north of the northern kerbline of Greenways; (ii) from a point 20m south of the southern kerbline of Greenways southwards to a point 6m south of the common boundary of Nos. 60 & 62; (iii) from a point 5m south of the common boundary of Nos. 64 & 66 southwards to the common boundary of Nos. 96 & 98.
No Waiting between 1pm and 2pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:–
MANOR WAY, Beckenham, the east side, (i) from a point 14m south west of its junction with Court Downs Road and Kelsey Park Road southwards to a point 5m south of the common boundary of Nos. 39 & 41; (ii) from a point 4m north of the common boundary of Nos. 43 & 47 southwards to the common boundary of Nos. 67 & 69.
PAY BY MOBILE PARKING PLACES
Pay by Mobile parking between 8.30am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, except Public Holidays and Bank Holidays. 40p per hour. No maximum stay. Maximum charge £2.60 for stays over 4 hours:–
LITTLE ACRE, Beckenham, the north side, from a point 12m west of the western kerbline of Manor Way westwards for a distance of 35m. (7 parking spaces)
MANOR WAY, Beckenham, (a) the west side, (i) from a point 14m south west of its junction with Court Downs Road and Kelsey Park Road south westwards for a distance of 25m (5 parking spaces); (ii) from a point 20m north of the northern kerbline of Greenways northwards for a distance of 37m (7 parking spaces); (b) the east side, (i) from a point 14m south west of its junction with Court Downs Road and Kelsey Park Road south westwards for a distance of 25m (5 parking spaces); (ii) from a point 5m south of the southern boundary of No. 1 southwards to a point 9m south of a point opposite the southern kerbline of Greenways (12 parking spaces).
PAY AND DISPLAY PARKING PLACES
Pay and Display parking between 8.30am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, except Public Holidays and Bank Holidays. 40p per hour. 3 hour maximum stay. Maximum charge £1.20:–
MANOR WAY, Beckenham, the east side, from a point 2m north of the northern boundary of No. 3 northwards for a distance of 60m (12 parking spaces).
FREE PARKING PLACES
GREENWAYS, Beckenham, (a) the north side, from a point 35m west of the western kerbline of Manor Way westwards to the eastern boundary of No. 12 (approx. 6 parking spaces); (b) the south side, from a point 18m west of the western kerbline of Manor Way westwards for a distance of 53m (approx. 10 parking spaces).
KELSEY WAY, Beckenham, (a) the north side, from a point 15m west of the western kerbline of Manor Way westwards for a distance of 40m (approx.. 8 parking spaces); (b) the south side, from a point 10m west of the western kerbline of Manor Way westwards for a distance of 50m (approx. 10 parking spaces).
DISABLED PARKING BAYS
Disabled Parking Bay – at any time:–
MANOR WAY, Beckenham, the east side, outside Kelsey Park (2 parking spaces).
