PROPOSED EXPANSION OF GROVE PARK CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE

C. THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (2008, NO. 1) (AMENDMENT NO. 50) ORDER 2016
1. The London Borough of Hounslow on 14 November 2016 made the above mentioned Orders under section 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Orders will come into operation on 21 November 2016.
2. The general effect of the Parking Places Orders will be to expand the Grove Park CPZ to include the list of roads detailed in Schedule 1 and 2 to this Notice. The CPZ would operate Mondays to Fridays 10am – 12pm and will include a combination or resident permit holder bays and shared use bays. Detailed information on the location of bays can be found on the Council’s website.
3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading amendment Order will be to further amend the London Borough of Hounslow (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2008 by amending the waiting restrictions in the roads detailed in Schedule 3, 4 and 5 to this Notice. Detailed information on the location of bays can be found on the Council’s website.
4. The general effect of the Disabled Persons Parking Places Order will be to further amend the Hounslow (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.1) Order 2008 to designate/amend disabled parking places in the streets detailed in Schedule 6 to this Notice
5. Documents giving detailed information of the Orders can be viewed for a period of 6 weeks from the date of this Notice:
a. online www.hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar; or
b. at the Forms and Documents Counter, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, TW3 4DN between 9am and 4.15pm Mondays to Friday.

6. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
