NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual and final meetings of members and creditors of Peter Hosie Carpets Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 7 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh, EH3 8AN on Thursday 15 December 2016 at 10:00 am and 10:15 am respectively. Pursuant to Section 105 and Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the purpose of these meetings are to receive an account of the joint liquidators’ acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up to 14 September 2016 and for having an account laid before members and creditors by the liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and to determine whether he should be released in terms of Section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor.
